CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
For Customer Cancellations –
No refunds will be given if you are unable to attend an event.
All funds for charity events will be donated to the charity of benefit. There will be no credits available.
Valkyrie Paranormal, at their discretion for emergency situations and looked at a case by case basis, may offer a discount up to 25% on a future, non charity event.
For Valkyrie Paranormal Cancellations –
If the event is postponed, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If the event is cancelled in whole, a refund could be requested within 30 days of the notification of cancellation or you may utilize the credit for a future event within 1 calendar year.
Transfers –
Tickets purchased from any source other than Valkyrie Paranormal cannot be guaranteed as valid. Please use caution and discretion when purchasing from a 3rd party reseller or individual. If you are unsure if a seller is legitimate, please reach out to Valkyrie Paranormal before transferring funds. Valkyrie Paranormal is not responsible for fraudulent ticket sales by 3rd parties.
